Kelingking Beach - A complete guide

Hình ảnh
The beautiful Kelingking Beach on the island of Nusa Penida is a must-see. Its image is featured on several popular tourist websites, which promote Bali and occasionally even Indonesia. The scenery is truly breathtaking and wonderful. Kelingking Beach's rock formations recall the snout of a sea-dwelling dinosaur. Additionally, T-Rex Bay is what Google Maps labels it. From the edge of the cliff, you might even be able to spot some Manta rays. Drone pilots and sightseers alike have discovered the esplanade that looks out over the cliff. This is a great example of how social media has helped to boost tourism on Nusa Penida. Kelingking is the Indonesian word for "pinky finger." However, the reasoning behind this is a bit more convoluted. Alternatively, a great deal of creative thinking is required... More than 400 000 photos on Instagram Kelingking Beach is most known for its breathtaking clifftop vantage point. The cliffs along this stretch of Nusa Penida's shore are so...

Access to Anse Source d’Argent

Hình ảnh
There is a beach called Anse Source d'Argent on the southwest corner of La Digue Island. It features some of La Digue's most stunning granite boulders as backdrops and gorgeous white beaches that are lapped by shallow emerald waters and shaded by swaying coconut palms. The island also features a vanilla plantation, enormous tortoises, and the most beautiful coconut plantations you've ever seen, home to hundreds of palm trees. Access to Anse Source d’Argent The Union Estate is required to reach Anse Source d'Argent, and it costs 115 Rupees (about US$8) per day, per person, to enter via there. Recent visitors agree that the small fee to enter Anse Source d'Argent is well worth it. You are welcome to use the amenities at Union Estate, such as the on-site restaurant, during your stay. Travelers should not anticipate being picked up from the ferry dock in a comfortable minibus or bus with air conditioning. Guests at La Digue Island Lodge can rely on an ox cart to take th...

Matira Beach, Bora Bora

Hình ảnh
A lush little slipper of land, Bora Bora is only 18 miles long and sits in a protected lagoon with exquisite white sandy shoreline, the best of which may be found at Matira Point. Overview The South Pacific island of Bora Bora is one of the enchanted French Polynesian islands. This 18-mile-long tropical island slipper is nestled in a lagoon with pristine white sand beaches, the best of which may be found at Matira Point. You can join other brave tourists on a shark-feeding expedition in the lagoon or a half-day Jeep tour through the island's rugged interior, so the tranquility of candlelight doesn't have to mean boring.  Passionate customers may have to run all around town and then return to Tahiti proper in their search for the ideal black pearl. Bora Bora was used by the United States military as a supply depot during World War II, t...

Camps Bay Beach Cape Town, South Africa

Hình ảnh
Give us the wide-angle view: what kind of beach are we talking about? Camps Bay, located in Cape Town, is known as the city's "party beach" due to the abundance of bars, restaurants, and hotels along its promenade. In the busiest months of December and January, it can get busy and, okay, maybe even a little tacky despite its cheerful and active atmosphere. But the scenery is breathtaking, with the rugged Twelve Apostles mountains in the background. Restaurants of exceptional quality can be found among the rowdy beach bars, so you should go. Lovely. So how do we get there? You may park right next to Camps Bay (if you're lucky enough to find a place) and walk over if you want to feel the sand between your toes for a minute. The long stretch of eateries and watering holes just across the street is another perk. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while grabbing a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before returning to the beach. \ What about equipment—if we're looking...

Visit the Skeleton Coast, Namibia

Hình ảnh
Ships, whales, and other marine life have all met their fate in the dangerous waters near Namibia's northern coast due to its strong currents, deadly fog, and shifting sandbanks. Skeletal remnants of bleached whales and unfortunate ships litter the area's beautiful beaches, earning it the moniker "Skeleton Coast" or, to the local San people, "the land God formed in anger." Travel to this outlying region of the country used to require a light aircraft journey, but that has changed recently. A picturesque fly over the barren coastline is still recommended, but we can now also provide tours via private vehicle. Check out the rusted wrecks and the stark, rocky environment of Skeleton Coast National Park while staying at one of the few deluxe lodges in the area. There aren't many places to stay, so it's no surprise that the location is quiet and isolated. Visit the Ugab Formations, where massive slabs of strata-striped rock lie twisted and worn in the Ug...

Hình ảnh
Fans of sand and surf will be overjoyed to learn that Queensland is home to the best beach in the world. Whitehaven Beach, located in the Whitsunday Islands, won TripAdvisor's "Travellers Choice Best Beach in the World 2021" award, making it one of the islands' most recognizable landmarks. Whitehaven is the most famous beach in the Whitsundays, if not all of Queensland, due to its stunning beauty and its combination of white silica sands (98% silica to be exact) and blue waters. The Whitsunday Islands are home to this particular 7-kilometer stretch, which can be found on Whitsunday Island. The Whitsunday Islands National Park safeguards this section of the Great Barrier Reef, making it not just one of the cleanest and most environmentally friendly beaches in the world, but also one of the most beau...

The world's most famous beach: Copacabana

Hình ảnh
Copacabana is, without question, the world's most well-known beach. The famous have stayed at the Copacabana Palace Hotel, where Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers once danced, and where Roberto Burle Marx, a Brazilian architect, created the avenue. The crescent-shaped bay has a broad, sandy beach that is framed by towering cliffs and swaying palm palms. From the crack of dawn until well after dark, this place never slows down. Paddling in the sea Getting to Copacabana is a breeze thanks to the convenient subway system. At Siqueira Campos station, right in the middle of the neighborhood and just four blocks from the beach, you can get off the train. Praia do Leme is less crowded along its first kilometer. The beach is patrolled by security guards across from the high-end Hotel Windsor Atlantica because swimming there is risky due to the heavy waves, the steep drop-off of the sea floor, and the rip currents. On the other hand, a refreshing paddle on the water is a pleasant experience i...

Your ultimate guide to Miami Beach

Hình ảnh
In addition to the city's historic art deco, Miami Modern, and Mediterranean Revival buildings, the mere mention of Miami Beach conjures images of sweltering sunshine, sultry beaches, raucous nightlife, celebrity chefs, mixologists offering their skills, stunning hotels, cultural and artistic offerings, and shopping. It's incredible to imagine that just a few decades ago, South Beach in Miami Beach was known as "Heaven's Waiting Room." The city's new moniker is the "American Riviera," and it fits perfectly. The name alludes to a childlike paradise where it would be physically impossible to see everything the city has to offer in a single visit, especially as the city continues to grow and accommodate the increasing demand for entertainment. If you want to see everything Miami Beach has to offer, you should do what the other 3.5 million people do every year and keep coming back. Getting to and around Miami Beach Miami International Airport (MIA), whi...

Hình ảnh
You should visit Horseshoe Bay if you just visit one beach in Bermuda. The beach is one of the most recognizable in all of Bermuda, thanks to its combination of pink sand, blue ocean, and rugged cliffs. Beach and water Given its status as Bermuda's most well-known beach, visitors should anticipate crowds, especially when cruise ships are in port. Beachgoers looking for more of a challenge might make the trek eastward around the first rock formation to reach Butt's Beach. The cliffs on either side of the little sandy cove prevent large waves from entering the ...
